Job Description
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab seorang Field Collection Team Leader :
- Mengelola dan mengawasi performa tim Field Collector agar sesuai dengan target
- Melakukan pemanggilan / memberikan peringatan bagi Field Collector yang memiliki performa yang rendah
- Memastikan agar proses, sistem dan pengiriman laporan mengenai aktifitas Collection tetap konsisten
- Penerapan Process Improvement
- Mendorong produktivitas dan efektifitas tim untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja Collector
- Melakukan pembinaan terhadap tim Field Collector yang berjumlah 15 Agent
- Mengatur & mengawasi jadwal kunjungan Field Collector
- Memastikan uang yang diterima di hari penagihan & uang deposit di hari sebelumnya sudah ter-record di dalam sistem
- Membantu Field Collector dalam memberikan solusi kepada Nasabah
- Memonitor performance & kualitas kerja tim Field Collector
Minimum Qualifications
- Lulusan minimal Diploma.
- Memiliki Pengalaman di bidang Collection.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Koordinator di bidang Perbankan/Jasa Keuangan.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengkoordinir dan mengatur sebuah tim dengan lebih dari 10 orang.
- Memiliki Sepeda Motor dengan pajak STNK yang masih Aktif.
- Memiliki SIM C yang masih Aktif.
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam Mc. Excel.
