Job Description
- Develop and update Antifraud procedures and policies to ensure compliance with Home Credit Indonesia & Group Policies.
- Conduct quality checking to ensure all Antifraud processes, follow-up efforts are within guidelines with respect to compliance and legal requirements.
- Review & update other unit related processes regarding anticipating fraud and misconduct.
- Active participation on a variety of internal committees (Indonesia Risk Update, Disciplinary Meeting, Risk Weekly Meeting and others) to ensure that new policies, procedures, and products are appropriately implemented.
- Maintain quality and efficiency standards in accordance with policy, procedure and applicable Codes of Conduct.
- Analyze and evaluate Antifraud process and give recommendations for future improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with all HCID Management to ensure constant exchange of information and to promote understanding and comprehension of Fraud Risk and Mitigation.
- Develop and improve coaching & feedback process to Antifraud team as a plan to improve their performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferable criminology)
Good spoken and written English - Minimum 3 years experience in Banking/ Financial Industry in Risk Department, especially operational or fraud risk
- Experience with fraud/risk management
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
- Confident in handling several tasks in parallel or multitasking
- Able to prioritize and efficient in problem solving
- Project and result oriented
- Willing to learn new things
- Good understanding of consumer finance services, processes and products
- Experience in Operations department (underwriting, collections) will be an advantage
