Job Description

  1. Design and create training material (presentation and handbook) and post-test in accordance with current procedure and process based on the written and/or verbal description of process and/or product given by Process Team or any other team on timely manner
  2. Ensure that training material and/or any information is easy to understand and accurate
  3. Cooperate with trainer from other function to share/obtain relevant product/process communication or training material
  4. Ensure that training material from other function related with Customer Relationship Management product and process is accurate and shared on timely manner
  5. Train the trainer from within function or other function if needed on Customer Relationship Management related training material
  6. Create information update/reminder through email blast or any other communication media
  7. Manage knowledge section of intranet in relation with Customer Relationship Management related information, making sure the information is accurate and up to date
  8. Respond to questions from operator/other employee in relation with Customer Relationship Management information on process and/or product through any media communication
  9. Responsible to participate in User Acceptance Testing to make sure that all system has been properly designed and working as expected

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Research, Educational Psychology, or similar
  • Demonstrable experience as a Learning Designing, Instructional Design, or Curriculum Developer at least 2 years
  • Posses passion for knowledge, especially in the fields of Customer Relationship Management
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa (grammar and spelling errors)
  • Ability to source and utilize verified information to create courses
  • Excellent in Powerpoint Design, and Ms. Office (Word, Excel)
