Job Description
- Manage the agile team and sales network with effective communication and achieve buisness goals through various initiatives
- Identify various initiatives through brainstorming with in the team and stakeholder expectations
- Drive effective communication and collaboration with cross function teams and sales network
- Support team memebers to collaborate with campaign management team to drive campaigns
- Responsible for stakeholder updates in various forums
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in an environment known for best-in-class products and services
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience as Product Owner in e-channel/digital team (Bank/FinTech/Insurance).
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams
- Strong accumen in business strategy, product marketing, and technology landscape.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality products
- Good in English (oral and written)
- Exceptional communicator, with strong presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
