Job Description
Product Set Up
- Supervise all product creation to follow correct guideline
- Supervise all pre and post assignment of product and validation.
- Supervise all marcomm channels distributing promo communication and also internal comm.
Product Idea, Request, and Training
- Supervise all product management on all channel
- Evaluate all inputs of product tracker for all channel
- Lead product ideas/development on regular basis
- Lead product training and communication to sales network.
Product Evaluation
- Identify pain points of all sales performance from all products
- Lead regular survey on all product performance based on market reaction
- Develop and sustain internal review of product evaluation from sales network, CRM, Risk, finance, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master degree from reputable university in Computer Science or Information Technology or Mathematics or Informatics or Engineering major (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
- 5 + years experience in Product (Management and/or Development) with exposure in financial / banking industry
- Experience in planning, pricing, and forecasting products and sales campaigns
- Experience and familiar with analysis of effectiveness/PnL/ROI for campaigns
- Ability to analyze and report/communicate results together with root cause analysis and development of enhancements/corrective actions
- Excellent skills of Microsoft Excel; having knowledge in Oracle (SQL) / Database Management System
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
