Job Description
In this position you will:
- Review data mining, prepare analysis and deliver reporting (regular and aD-hoc) to Support CRM Department and ensure the accuracy and deliver in timely manner.
- Maintain and documented CRM Operational Report list to be use for future tracker information source.
- Utilization of advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, correlations and other outcomes and forming clear and propose recommendations to Direct Superior
- Ensure and promote compliance with Group and Indonesia data processing rules and Information security standards
- Working with Local and group IT to fix identified issues and enhance existing capabilities to store / capture / process data
- Analyze trend to distinguish and drive desired behavior (complex analysis) and provide recommendations about potential productivity improvements areas.
Minimum Qualifications
We look for talents with below requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in data analytics and campaign management, preferably in IT/ financial sector
- Advance knowledge in SQL Database, data mining, business intelligence, and analysis tools
- Proficient in Excel Macro, PowerBI, or CleverTap highly desirable
- Excellence verbal/written communication skills, especially in English and presentation skills
- Good understanding of consumer financial services, processes, and campaign
