- Build and send regular weekly and monthly report
- Working with system for daily task
- Organize required regular and non regular meeting regarding Quality Desk and Complaint Specialist.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Quality Collection.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- English written and speaking
