Job Description
- Participates in requirement gathering together with BI analyst to understand the requirement
- Identify scope for automation and develop automation testing
- Follow the current procedures, guidelines and best practice on daily work
- Define program level test strategy for ETL, DWH & Reporting for each activity
- Perform test cases includes functional testing. security testing, data and report testing
- Document test scenarios and define test data approach
- Involve in development activities both local or global implementation
- Performs analysis and troubleshooting in case of some problems or data/report unavailability and communicate to relevant stakeholder
- Reports any deviation/problem/outage to superior and other units, provides regular reporting
- Prepares written materials (e.g. procedures, reports, guidelines, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, architecture and settings, providing guidelines and help for the users
- Cooperates with Business Intelligence and other IT teams located in Czech Republic and other countries
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and its equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in equivalent position or 3 - 4 years working as BI analyst/developer
- Knowledge of principles of IT systems, systems architecture, high level of PC skills
- Knowledge and experience of DWH modeling and ETL processes (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, workflow)
- Experience with data and data analysis
- BI/DWH knowledge on Oracle platform is an advantage
- Experience on working with reporting and BI reporting tools: OBIEE, qlikview, qliksense will be an advantage
- Proven testing and end to end system testing experience
- Experience working with agile methodolgy will be an advantage
