Job Description
- Manage performance of field collections team within set performance triggers.
- Monitoring daily activity of collector by call, text or other message application to ensure collectors visit the customers according to plan
- Review all collection process to ensure consistency in collections processes and systems
- Implement process improvements in field CRS area so that all process is align with current procedure.
- Drive team productivity and effectivity to optimize costs, improve performance.
- Deliver practical training for field collectors to support field collector daily activity
- Provide coaching to field CRS Agent to improve their performance.
- Review and approve each Field Collector visit plan for the day to monitor field collector performance.
- Remind Field Contact to ensure Cash Collected and deposited reflects in system.
- Assign account to field CRS based on area and bucket and ensure field CRS received the account in their tablet.
- Conduct joint visit with Field CRS Agent to check their quality and performance of their team.
- Provide reminder to field crs agent about PTP follow up so that every PTP plan is paid by the customer.
