Job Description
- Build simple user management report to capture all key measurement within operations in line with the up- to-date process and SLA measurement.
- Challenge current working practices, promote ideas and implement solutions to improve operational and team efficiency and productivity.
- Support Operations with any ad-hoc report presentation or analysis requested from business users
- Calculate incentive based on operators productivity and finalize it to HR in timely manner
- Update Work Force Management reporting and make analysis of actual v.s foreast
- Work with Managers and TLs in Ops to understand the capacity demands and hiring needs
- Provide recommendations to Ops Analyst Asst. Manager on potential productivity improvements areas based on data analysis and resource utilization monitoring
- Key Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree, preferred in Informatics, Mathematics or Engineering major (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
- 2+ years experience in Analytical position
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of data collection methodologies, analysis, principles and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Data Visualization, and SQL programming
- Experience with Oracle Databases
