Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Deliver training Implementation such as On-Job Training, Refresher, Coaching, Soft Skill Training to ensure CRS Training needs are delivered and fulfilled.
- Develop and review training materials to ensure all information is updated based on current situation and policy procedure.
- Update training materials in Halo to give updated information to CRS Operator.
- Documented all training activity such as attendance, pre-post test, training questionnaire and code of conduct for future tracking.
- Work with HR, Team Leader and SPV CRS in interviewing new candidate to find the best talent in CRS Department.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Must have experience handle Collection departments
- Required skill(s): training presentation, Collection And Recovery.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as the Team Leader and supervise team.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- English is must
