Job Description
- Preparation of strategic and business plans, which include sales goals, marketing strategies, plans and programs and budget of the Department.
- Prospecting and qualifying prospective clients.
- Development of innovative proposals, in coordination with Finance on the budget and the other Departments on the technical requirements, and delivery of the same in sales presentations to ensure effective communication of proposed services to clients.
- Preparation of contracts with clients and ensure clarity of SLAs, budget and other logistical requirement therein.
- Management of front-to-end process of client servicing to fulfill contractual obligations to clients according to SLAs.
- Coordination with project teams to relay client requirements after consulting with clients on business and delivery issues and ensure on-time and responsive delivery of contractual obligations.
- Drive business growth through existing clients by developing proactive action plans.
- Development of new products and services based on market research and/or as indicated by clients.
- Continuously benchmark with industry to ensure competitive and cutting-edge of Teamasia.
- Undertakes constant brand management and develops effective linkages with the industry to ensure high visibility of Teamasia.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a college course, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- 2 years of experience in sales and sales support work
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of business process analysis
- Computer (desktop/ laptop)
- Telephone
- Calculator
- Computer competent, particularly accounting software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Commitment to completion of assigned tasks
