Job Description
- Ensure timely backups, testing and troubleshooting as per Globe Telecom procedures.
- Monitor the backup operation from the backup servers prospective
- Implement backups schedule as per the company policy
- Manage all the on-demand backup/restore requests
- Ensure proper backup retentions as per company policy
- Ensure daily successful backups for all production systems
- Ensure proper backup planning
- Maintain record for all the media handling activities
- Ensure backup availability to fulfil the backup/restore requirements
- Manage the enterprise backup software & all access to the backup servers
- Manage the security requirements for backup software
- Troubleshoot any backup issues
- Ensure backup performance in order to finish with the backup window
- Conduct random restore request, as and when appropriate to ensure backed up data are valid to support during a disaster.

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
