Job Description
AUDIT:
- Store weekly, Quarterly and Year End Inventory
- Sales Invoice
- Logbooks (pick-up, installation, GC, BIR, Deposit, Cash logbook)
- Displays
- In and Out Documents
- Pending Orders
MARKETING:
- Monitor Exhibits Sales and inventory report
- Build relationship with Mall Admin
- Marketing Collaterals
MONITORING:
- Construction Bond and Security Deposit
- Renewal and Cancellation of Business Permits
OPERATIONS:
- Staff Attendance
- Key Holders
- Receiving and Input of Deliveries
- Outgoing reports
- Maintenance of stores (Aircon, Music, Fixtures)
- Handle customer complaints and suggestion
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business or Marketing Course
- With at least 3 years of experience specializing in Sales - Retail
- Must be able to make concrete reports specifying problems and showing solutions
- Preferably with knowledge in automotive industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
