Job Description
- Produce gender- and culture-sensitive multimedia/audio-visual materials as assigned, possibly including short videos, photos, motion graphics, etc.
- Handle all aspects of video production, including script-writing, filming, video editing, and post-production.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photographs.
- Collaborate with other communications staff, gender focals, and other relevant staff and consultants, in developing various gender- and culture-sensitive multimedia products.
- Must supply own equipment.
- Additional responsibilities will be determined based on actual implementation of the SCS.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or certified qualifications in multimedia production or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Experience on photography and editing.
- Experience developing gender- and culture-sensitive products for the web and social media platforms.
- Experience in motion graphics a plus.
- Fluent English and Filipino writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder team environment.
- An expert with Philippine nationality or a national of any ADB member countries that legally reside in the Philippines, and has expressed interest in such assignments and are qualified to undertake them.
