Job Description

1. Financial Management - pertains to responsibilities and tasks directed at effective cost/revenue management A. Gives estimated effort for tasks for Sprint Planning or feedback to user requests. B. Works within scheduled estimated time and puts in additional work hours when needed.

2. Customer Management - pertains to responsibilities and tasks directed at client or customer acquisition/retention, relationship management with internal and external parties A. Attends to user requests, clarifications and complaints and gives feedback on planned resolution and actual resolution done.

3. Process Management - pertains to responsibilities and tasks directed at continuing improvements in activities or processes within the function

A. Elicits user requirements for complex programs/modules involving different stakeholders. Identifies areas where requirements have to be specified. Discovers and confirms tacit requirements.

B. Documents user requirements obtained: Writes user stories and business rules. Creates user interfaces and formal program specifications.

C. Designs User Interface.

D. Codes complex programs which are efficient and reusable.

E. Studies existing programs and inserts program modifications needed.

F. Testing

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of computer science, Computer Engineer, Information technology or any related course
with atleast 2 years experience
.net, Visual studio (C#, VB, ASP, MVC, MVP, WebServices, API, etc)
HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap
SQL Server, MySQL
Development methodology Waterfall and agile
IOS/Android is a plus
