BPM Developer  

• Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome from planning to delivery.
• Must be involved in Solution Design process and must be in line with overall enterprise road map.
• Ensure that all work triggers / artifacts required are in place for team’s sprint iteration.

Test Management:

• Coordinate and communicate end to end delivery with project team.
• Use and enforce the organization’s best practices and standards
• Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
• Coding and unit testing including peer reviews to enforce best practices and organizational standards.
• Address or remove the technical impediments within project scope.
• Update regular associates of RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status; discuss the Red cases on the immediate basis with the manager to help in the attrition management.
• Update sprint tracker/release plan with accurate information to identify the risk and issues proactively at the sprint level.
• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the PM at the project level; Process check master – to make sure that the team adheres to all the listed and agreed procedures.
• Report the status with alarms, explanations and solutions;

Stakeholder Management:

• Proactively react to stakeholder concerns with detailed documentation.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders for design concepts, limitations, and engagement terms.
• Track/Escalate or resolve stakeholder issues accordingly and within SLA.

Platform Management:

• Responsible for risk management, platform governance and scheduling of related platform activities (i.e. maintenance, version upgrades, migration).
• Responsible for license inventory, renewal of contracts and license chargeback.
• Responsible for support resources coordination and management especially for platforms with the SaaS setup of managed services.
• Enforces the chargeback policy of ISG for all development and Level 3 support services for projects and related initiatives. Maintains the inventory of development activities to assist finance partner on correct charging back to stakeholder’s cost centers.
• Readily available to render consultations during ideation and feasibility readiness of a potential project/initiative.
• Participates on agile ceremonies (ie. daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint retro) and adapt agile principles when necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Experience in IBM BPM 8.5.7 is a must.
• Experience in IBM MDM is nice to have.
