Job Description
- Follows AXA PH Applications Lifecycle Management process in developing high quality software.
- Improvement on application compliance on Architecture standards and Technology debt
- Deployment will not cause a P1 or P2 outage:
- Develops program codes and maintain high standards of software quality by implementing best practices in coding and AXA group security on applications being handled.
- Assists in conceptualizing the propose application or change in an existing system and identify areas that will be impacted.
- Maintains quality by executing unit test and / or coded UI testing in applications being developed.
- Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related output code from requirements.
- Prepares requirements to deploy to the production server
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements and development of user stories
- Regularly Attends and Contributes to Scrum Ceremonies
- Coordinate with team members to ensure functionality according to systems specifications
- Reflects systems changes as discussed in design sessions and scrum ceremonies (Refinement and Planning)
- Accountable to record any changes made in the applications by reflecting it in SRS
- Participate in project and feature development estimations
- Assists in conceptualizing a proposed application or change in an existing system and identify areas that will be impacted.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S. Computer Science or related courses
- 3 years’ experience in developing with Windows Services, SQL Jobs, SQL Reporting and Integration Services.
- Experience in the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, TSQL, SSRS, SSIS
- Knowledge in the following technologies: Windows Service, Console Applications, WPF/Forms Applications, ASP.NET MVC
