Job Description
- Memastikan proses kerja tim GA berjalan dengan baik
- Mengontrol pekerjaan dan mengatur jadwal OB, supir, dan messenger.
- Bertanggung jawab atas pembelian peralatan kantor dan departemen
- Bertanggung jawab untuk pengadaan asset kantor, pemeliharaan asset, dan pencatatan seluruh asset kantor
- Melakukan perjanjian sewa menyewa dan perizinan terkait kebutuhan kantor
- Menangani komplain yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana perusahaan
- Bertanggung jawab mengurus kendaraan operasional kantor
- Memastikan pembayaran tagihan pengeluaran operasional tepat waktu
- Memastikan kebersihan lingkungan kerja area perusahaan
- Supporting acara kantor
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Required Skill(s): GA Management, Asset & Building, Cleaning & Security, Unit Operational, Facility, Permit & License
- Computer & Microsoft savvy
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa, evaluasi, inisiatif dan leadership yang baik
