Job Description
- Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Manage and co-ordinate manpower planning in line with company needs
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- In liaise with Headhunter and Outsourcing company if required
- In liaise with HR Regional for monthly reporting
- Assist promotion, internal mobility, resignation process
- Perform administrative task
- Represent IDEMIA for recruitment / HR event
- In liaise with HR Team to prepare company event
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any degree with minimum 2 years experiences in similar position
- Experience in recruiting IT position will be advantage
- Having knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS. Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent administration skill
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Strong analytical and planning skill
- Ability to work in team or individual
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
