Job Description

Employee Relations

  • Ensures the welfare of each employee by having the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Assists in the management of employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.
  • Resolves disputes to ensure the wider workforce is aware of the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Partners with front-line leaders (Team Leads) to manage attrition and execute the retention strategy, which includes but not limited to engagement activities, EWS cadence, FGDs, etc.
  • Explains Company rules and respective guidelines; Implement Policies and Procedures.
  • Explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.

Case Administration.

  • Serves employee’s memorandum for minor and major cases.
  • Resolving all immediate employee concerns.
  • Engagement Activities
  • Execute retention efforts and engagement activities for the whole company.
  • Assists Operations in the execution of RnR activities.

Talent Management

  • Responsible for maintaining an HR database; update employee data changes in master file, job changes, pay changes, separation, and other employee movements.
  • Updates the HR dashboard that tracks, attrition, exit interview results, employee disciplinary cases, and site engagement thru the EWS and engagement surveys. Provides recommendation to address engagement issues.
  • Oversees the HRIS system and other databases that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department which may include the following but not limited to: manpower tracking, 201 filing, etc.
  • Provides assistance in off-boarding of employees which may include the following tasks but not limited to processing separation documents, exit interview, clearance process, coordination for Final Pay Release, and any related activities.
  • Monitors compliance to policies and performance management processes which may include the following tasks but not limited to: tracking and ensuring completion on acknowledgement of company policies and procedures, tracking leadership’s compliance on driving accountability on performance and attendance outliers.

Employee Services and Benefits

  • Provides timekeeping processing backup support by partnering with finance, in carrying out the following tasks: reviewing payroll runs for disputes, inclusion of company and government benefits and adherence to timekeeping and timekeeping policies
  • Coordinates with the Department Heads in the communication of new policies, processes, reminders, events, payroll schedules and holidays to the organization through the creation of Memorandums, Posters, Email Blasts etc.
  • Assists employees with inquiries, claims and disputes on company and government-mandated benefits which may include the following but not limited to: processing of documents such as Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Contribution, Employee Action Form, 2316, etc.
  • Completes periodic government reports and statutory
  • Provides support on real time human resources or payroll initiatives across global sites, as needed
  • Provides assistance to the Human Resources Manager on tasks related to the following processes: HR business reviews, engagement activities, surveys, etc.
    Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees including risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Maintains confidentiality on information, technology and practices developed by the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related required.
  • At least Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources programs & policies required
  • At least Three (3) years in the HR Generalist role and Two (2) years as Business Partner
  • Excellent time management skills & strong analytical and problem-solving skills and with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in Labor Laws and Company Code of Conduct.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
