Job Description
- Contribute to ensure buying process is as easy as possible for our customer.
- Listen to our customer and ensure I know the IKEA product range and services and actively work to offer solutions that meet the needs of individual customers’.
- Handling complaints and claims efficiently and with empathy. Handling payments in an efficient, accurate and friendly way. I always aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
- Actively working together with other store functions and e-commerce to continuously improve the shopping experience for our customers to drive sustained long-term profitability.
- Being responsible for my own development and look to our manager to support me in improving our own competence.
- I continuously look for more effective ways of working to reduce costs.
- Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.
Minimum Qualifications
- Interested in home furnishing, people’s life at home and IKEA product range.
- Experience or interest in working in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment.
- Confident in approaching and talking to people and demonstrating a friendly manner when approaching customer or colleagues.
- Enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team.
- A flexible approach/open to change.
- Good personal discipline and attention to detail.
- Originated from Bandung and ready to move to Bandung immediately.
