Job Description
- Organizing and arranging GM’s schedule.
- Handling day to day business needs of the GM.
- Organizing Management events and meetings.
- Working closely with management and organization’s senior leaders.
- Taking meeting minutes of Country Management Team meetings.
- Making travel arrangements and handling business trip expense.
- Helping both personal needs of the GM when necessary.
- Dealing with administrative duties for the GM.
- GM’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably experienced as a Personal Assistant/Secretary min. 2 years
- Tactful and discreet for dealing with confidential information
- Able to demonstrate good level of English skill (verbal & written)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good personal skills and attention to detail
- Able to take personal initiatives
- Excellent computer and administrations skills
