Job Description

We are seeking for Administration Manager as a part of Business Navigation Function. You will support Business Navigation Manager to maintain the standard administrative rules and guidelines. This position will report to our Business Navigation Manager.

YOUR ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Responsible for the facilitation, education, implementation and review across all departments in administrative routines and working methods
  2. Ensure routines are fully implemented and reviewed on a regular basis according to prescribed frequency of audits
  3. Ensure store contracts, operating and business licenses, and all required documentation are kept current, and renegotiated as required in order to remain compliant with local /government regulations and all IKEA operating guidelines
  4. Perform store leadership actions/activities such as Duty Manager, shift, open and close functions and team meeting as required.
  5. Get involved actively in Stock take activities.
  6. Ensure Business Navigation team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  7. Partner with Store Management Team to help, analyse, create or influence change if necessary, focus on making routines simple and translating the business effects into simple language.
  8. Provide an inspiring and motivating environment for your team and its individual members to ensure development and succession.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. You have a good communication, strong interpersonal and negotiation, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills utilizing a highly developed service focus and the IKEA culture and values.
  2. A proactive approach and commitment to meet the deadlines.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate confidently and clearly in English
  4. Ability to establish trustful relationships and commitments with the co-workers across all levels of the organization.
  5. Strong attention to detail
  6. 2-3 year experiences in administration management
  7. You have an experience in a management role
  8. Good knowledge in Excel
  9. You are able to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives.
  10. Willing to work at Sentul Area, Bogor, West Java.
