Job Description
- Oversee all customer inquiries through the site, email, phone calls, texts, and live chat
- Oversee all inquiries through social media channels; Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Subject Matter Expert in all of the product to best help and recommend items to customers
- Personal shop for customers
- Create a seamless and great customer journey for all shoppers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, communication arts, and related fields.
- Above-average Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- With knowledge of how to navigate E-commerce platforms is an advantage.
