Job Description
- Maintains financial records which accurately record the business’ incoming and outgoing finances.
- Processes invoices and prepares payments.
- Analyzes discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
- Updates, maintains, and checks of all liquidations and reimbursements.
- Monitors billing and charges of company phones.
- Performs filing and general administrative tasks.
- Liaises with other departments.
- Does other functions as may be assigned by the Department Head from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking, and Finance, Financial Management, or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1-year experience in related field.
- Computer literate and expert in using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Flexible and keen to details.
- Amenable to work from Monday to Saturday.
- Can Start immediately.
- This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
