Job Description
- Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to the sales process.
- Assisting new franchisees to become operationally proficient.
- Provides supplemental training and development to in-store staff and practices to include sales, P&L’s, ROI, People management, Brand standards, training techniques and policies, store operations and controllable expenses.
- Explore opportunities for international and local expansion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing and related field.
- With at least 5-years solid exposure/experience in the Fashion/Apparel Retail Industry.
- Adept in data analytics and systems.
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
- Deliver impeccable unique experience and foster a high level of professional courtesy and strong leadership skills to deal franchise owners.
- A holder of a valid passport and willing and able to travel.
- Amenable to work in Pasig City.
