Job Description

  • Operates as the point of contact for in-house accounts;
  • Helps customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings;
  • Generates sales among in-house accounts, including upselling and cross-selling;
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with existing clients;
  • Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion;
  • Communicates client needs and demands to the proper department/s involved (i.e. Technical Support, Project Management, Digital Marketing);
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients;
  • Coordinates with other departments working on the same account to ensure consistent service;
  • Collaborates with the Technical Support or Project Management Teams to reach prospective clients;
  • Services multiple clients concurrently, responding immediately to client requests;
  • Prepares proposals and contracts for the purpose of closing the deal with clients;
  • Provides proper account management by giving clients proper attention and by continually building a good relationship;
  • Under the direct supervision of the Head of Business Development and maintains close coordination with the Head of Business Development in suggesting innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience;
  • Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
  • Keeps current clients satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
  • Monitors and analyzes in-house clients’ usage of our products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or other equivalent business-related courses;
  • Proven work experience in Account Management is a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment;
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity;
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks;
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology;
  • Excellent time and project management skills and always looking to improve inefficient processes;
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
  • Comfortable with numbers and dealing with clients of different ages and nationalities;
  • Creative, strong-willed and always eager to learn;
  • Highly proficient in verbal and written English;
  • Willing to work in a highly dynamic and innovative industry;
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City;
