Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will portray an important role in ensuring effective office operation:
- Manages the desk reception area
- Attends to office phone calls and handling basic inquiries
- Tracks and attending to company visitors
- Arranges for dispatch/courier of documents
- Records and distributing incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintains confidential records and files
- Conducts liquidation review
- Pays miscellaneous and utility expenses
- Acquires office supplies
- Maintains company assets and inventory supplies
- Performs other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Office Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- Good communication and organizational skills are required
- Experience in clerical/administrative tasks is preferred
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
