● Identify business opportunities
Identify strategic opportunities analyzing customer segments & business needs and leveraging Indepay solutions.
● Business & Partner Management
Be responsible for business development, negotiation and signing of proposals & project management
Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration. Asist in periodic evaluation of partners.
Help design, document, and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
● Business development
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Communicate key insights and findings to the respective teams
Perform quality assurance
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Account management - leading the accounts and sales plan for the allocated accounts ensuring client business objectives are met
Execute customized account strategy/ plan with an objective to increase the Indepay revenue and market share for select strategic partner accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, degree in IT / Computer Science/ MBA is preferred
- Business development & Partner Management experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in Financial Services/ Payments/ Telecom industry
- Hands-on experience on various project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project, Notion. Knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Excellent analytical, Written, and verbal communication skills, Knack for graphical representation of analytical outputs. Learn and use visualization tools including PowerPoint, Tableau and Market Sight to represent analytics output in the most appealing and insightful manner
- Comfortable in working independently and work with cross functional virtual teams across marketing, Product, Market research & technology
- Interpersonal & presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Critical Thinking and problem solving – proven ability to work through complex problems and analyses in providing a thoughtful concrete solution
- Multi-tasking. including networking, relationship building as well as business development
- Fast learner. Able to grasp and apply knowledge to understand business problems, design solutions, and lead initiatives to improve efficiencies and drive change.
- Managing multiple projects across product development, roll-outs, GTM, branding, sales and tracking costs for each activity
- Motivation and self-drive – excited by tackling challenges and pro-actively finding new ways to provide value
- Serve as a go-to resource for the team in providing solutions for day-to-day business challenges
