Job Description
- You will be responsible for product strategy, product roadmap and product development and rollout.
- You will manage all stages of the life cycle from inception to launch for our product portfolio, creating wow customer experiences and convenience.
- You will introduce new products and features to monetise a business opportunity.
- You will do comparative analysis of available products in the market to ensure our products stay ahead of the competition.
- You will identify the pain points in existing features and will propose improvements with key metrics to measure in every user journey.
- You will communicate the vision and value of new products to internal stakeholders.
- You will define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.
- You will translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- You will own the product development and user acceptance testing.
- You will plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
- You will keep an eye on the competitive landscape and will work towards continuously improving our time to market.
- You will spot challenges, trends and opportunities (including but not limited to regulations and business) to formulate an effective product strategy.
- You will internally work with the growth team, engineering team, strategy and operations team and CIO function to ensure alignment with product roadmap and strategy.
- You will develop clear and concise documentation for the consumption of various stakeholders, internal and external, in your remit.
- You will be agile and flexible to contribute outside your defined responsibilities to help the organisation grow at a fast pace.
Minimum Qualifications
- You have 6 or more years of experience in product management in a leadership role.
- You have good exposure to Fintech products and financial institutions, and have an understanding of financial regulations.
- You understand technology, but love customer-first & business-first thinking.
- You have done successful market launches of multiple products, from conception to rollout, with millions of customer base in your previous engagements.
- You have implemented proven strategies to sense the market pulse for potential product opportunities through market research and customer feedback.
- You have a leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a cross-functional team.
- You have payment domain knowledge and have a background in an early stage product company.
