Job Description
- A Relationship Manager could work in either Retail or Wholesale Banking and is required to help and advice clients;
- Relationship Manager needs to cater to individual clients while trying to generate new business and clients;
- A Relationship Manager would primarily deal and advice clients/customers on various banking and financial products and services offered by the bank. A wholesale Relationship Manager would be catering to the corporate clients like SME's or large corporations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum S1 from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.0;
- Minimum 4 years experiences as Account Officer / Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking;
- Graduated from Officer Development Program (ODP) or Management Trainee Program (MDP) from reputable bank;
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel & Power Point);
- Excellent in English and Computer literate;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets;
- Ability to analyze and research information;
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply;
- Good sales and negotiation skills;
- Strong sales drive and network.

Tasks and Functions
1. Supporting national export programs through export financing;
2. Providing financing for transactions or projects that are not viable for commercial banking, but are considered prospective to boost national export;
3. Assisting banks and financial institutions in overcoming any difficulties in extending funding for exporters deemed as commercially promising and/or essential for Indonesian economic growth.

Indonesia Eximbank may conduct training and offer consultation services to banks, financial institutions, exporters and producers of export goods, specifically micro, small, and medium-scale enterprises, as well as consumers’ cooperatives. Other than the services mentioned, Indonesia Eximbank is authorized to conduct programs that supplement their duties and authorities, provided that these programs are not in conflict with the institution’s legal basis, Law No. 2 Year 2009.
