FFC6003 - Subsidiaries Control & Analysis Manager

Job Description

  • Establish tools to control and make sure the governance in operation
  • Find and propose solution for subsidiaries issues
  • Perform control in subsidiaries financial, accounting and reconciliation
  • Assuring books of subsidiaries are closed on time and there are no major audit issues
  • Prepare regular and adhoc reports required by management
  • Lead the team by performing excellent example
  • Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Education Level : S1
  • Major : Accounting Degree from a reputable university, graduated with a good grade

Experience:

  • Min 6 years experiences in Accounting & Finance

Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of Accounting Principles and IFRS
  • Have extensive experience in Internal Audit & Risk Management
  • Highest Integrity
  • Discipline, effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong in Excel & Power Point
  • Strong in Analysis
  • CA and/ CPA/ any Financial certification is value added
