Job Description
- Create engaging and intuitive self-service models and positive experiences for customers to find information, troubleshoot and resolve issues across the digital customer journey
- Brainstorm Self-Service strategy & Activities within digital customer touchpoints
- Lead day-to-day execution of self-care management, chatbot for customer service, and peer to peer community help
- Full understanding of each digital media platform and its capabilities while staying on top of trends and advancements
- Manage and liase any digital Self-Care enablement
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Economy, Communication, Marketing or any related background
- Have minumum 2 Years Experiences and knowledge in Customer Service Management, Digital Media, digital Product Development
- Have a basic knowledge in Data Analysis, Performance Report, Data Pivot
- Have a basic knowledge in Al & Machine Learning
