Job Description
1. Business Development Projects
- Manage projects end to end from project initiations, creation of a project team, management of internal stakeholders, until completion
- Ensure a smooth approval process from all internal and external stakeholders
- Manage external advisors, ensure they deliver as per their scope of work and within the approved budgets and timelines
- Liaises with related internal functions to support the execution In order to complete business development projects with positive impact on the company’s long term results
2. Team Management
- Manage budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization of it
- In order to ensure division operates on budget and help contribute to organizational goals
- Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals In order to ensure talents are attracted, retained developed to meet organizational needs
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy / development, financing strategy, business intelligence, strategy management & corporate scorecard management, strategic portfolio restructuring, or general management at telecom company, top-tier consulting firm, leading investment bank, major venture capital / private equity firm
- Experience conducting complex business planning, company valuation and financial analysis
- Expertise in end to end telecommunication value chain for business and consumer telecom operation with specific knowledge of Indonesian markets
- Ability to manage project across multiple areas
- Ability to build and understand end to end financial models and business cases
- Mid to hi management-level, balanced perspective and strong executive presentation skills
- High self-motivation underscored by a passion for deep, fact-based analysis and converting recommendations into reality in a timely manner
- Strong understanding of financial analysis
- Strong Strategy understanding
- Master Degree/ MBA and/or advanced is preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
