Job Description
- Develop IT Service design standardization process and monitor and its implementation
- Lead IT AOP process including verification on requirement, translating into solution and estimating CAPEX investment
- Lead solution development, architecture improvement and performance improvement across IT Strategy, architecture and Solutions team
- Monitor all IT project and develop comprehensive report for critical project
Job Scope
- Technical Delivery
- Assess and deliver high level design for B2B/B2C requirement
- Define IT roadmap for domain Enterprise system, Data Center infrastructure, and IT security
- Lead and control IT investment, including budgeting, scope negotiation, and the governance process to ensure the investment can be delivered on time
- Responsible for Architecture Review Board in the respective domain
- Team Management
- Develop and mentor colleague(s) to achieve divisional objectives related to people management
- Provide feedback to management (DH and GH) to improve team engagement and team work
- External Relation
- Serve as a company representative for external related functions
- Keep up to date with new ICT trends
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in telecommunication/ computer science / computer engineering
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Telco industry with at least 3 years in Design and Solution
- Has Experience in Technical solution design for Enterprise system, Data Center infrastructure and IT security
- Has experience in budget planning and controlling
- Has experience in define IT roadmap in domain Enterprise system, Data Center infrastructure and IT security
- Has good knowledge in Business framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID) and IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills both Indonesian and English
