Job Description
- Survey and Observe market to implement appropriate program for outlets
- Evaluate effectiveness program acquisition/loyalty which has been done and making analysis for improvement
- Maintain traditional outlet and gadget store Mobile Money loyalty
- Supporting traditional outlet to know a new telco & Mobile Money technology
- Supporting Sales Area team on program implementation
- Manage daily/monthly report and analysis
- Manage report for program analysis
- Develop strategic program benchmarking with other telco’s
- Program implementation review
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Strong territorial management
- Analytical thinking together with strong understanding of business and marketing principles
- Experience in sales management and channel management
- Practice in sales experience and channel management
- Proven track record and strong practice in the field of execution of Direct/Indirect sales
Skills
- Creativity and openness for innovation
- Good communication and presentation skills and capabilities
- Good sales skill and has good negotiation skill
