Technical & Complaint Officer

Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and control specifications for Indosat Digital Service Product Portfolio, taking customer concerns, business processes, operation and reporting
  • Co-ordinate implementation of products between teams, PPI, IT, network, Finance, CS and CPs/Partners
  • Define user requirements and supprot functional, user testing, making of user guides and product descriptions
  • Resolve problems in product functionality by coordinating by related department

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Business
  • Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Product Development and Management in Telco Industry
  • Have a strong background experience for handling VAS services
  • Have experience in Project Management
  • Strong knowledge in :
    • Telecommunication Product & Services
    • Product Development and management
    • Service Integration
    • VAS & digital Service Knowledge
    • Manage Product lifecycle
  • Have an ability to define user requirements, masking of user guides and producr descriptions
  • Have ability to support functional user Testing
  • Fluent in English
