- Present and formulate data to be an analytical information and package in power point presentation.
- Conduct performance-reporting, analysis gap, and propose improvement for delivery/provisioning process of the Fixed MIDI and ICT services as committed in the SLA.
- Conduct performance discussion with the stake holder and monitor stakeholder performance and giving feedback.
- Manage delivery/provisioning performance database.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering major
- At least 3 year experience in telecommunication industry
- At least 1-year experience in data analysis
- Good understanding in data formulating and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application, Power Bi, or related tools for analysis
- Proficient in English
- Certification on certain area (database management, ITIL, CCNA, etc.) will be an advantage.
