Job Description

1. Strategic Planning

Translate the Company and Group Vision, Mission and Strategy into divisional work plan
Provide and clarify divisional objectives for the team
Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard
Manage division budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization

2. Core Function

Develop and own the Digital architecture, strategy, solution design, and the roadmap.
Gather inputs from cross group and internal teams to develop Digital strategy, including sourcing , budgeting and planning activities
Assess current state of defined Digital technology, conducting gap analysis, designing future state footprints, leading the development of world class Digital platform.
Capture and translate business requirements into complete solution design including requirement for new systems/ functionalities/ capacities/ services and partners
Assess and communicate the impact of solution to business process owners before implementation to ensure buy in for change
Work with Indosat sourcing team to develop procurement plan to deliver solution design
Develop high level project implementation plan, including resourcing process, budget
Support and provide inputs for annual IT CAPEX/ OPEX plans for the defined domain and ensure alignment with overall corporate (Indosat and subsidiaries) and group strategy
Responsible for managing end to end system and application lifecycle including retirement/ refresh plans in the Digital technology.
Responsible for capacity management of the Digital technology

3. Team Management

Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives
Make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals

4. External Relation

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in telecommunication / computer science / computer engineering, preferable Master Degree (S2) with major study in Informatics

Experience:

Minimum 6 years experiences in ICT industry with focus on Digital technology.
Extensive experience in managing and delivering large scale strategy with strong exposure in Digital technology including API monetization, VAS, Mobile money.

Skills:

Possessing technical skill in Digital strategy, architecture, solutions and governance, data and cloud including API and ecosystem management
Good communication and presentation skills
Has an excellent knowledge of Middleware: API Gateway, Enterprise Service Bus, Order Management (Oracle middleware would be an advantage)
Has an excellent knowledge on Digital Solution: API Monetization; IoT; Digital Customer Touch Point; Digital Marketing
Has experience and excellent knowledge on Modern Application Development Landscape : Container Centric, PaaS
Has experience and knowledge on Monolithic and Microservices Architecture to support system integration
Strong in Agile practice, serviceoriented environment and better development practice.
Good knowledge of agile methodology and framework like Scrum, Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD.
Good knowledge about Agile techniques like user stories, continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, and Agile games.
Ability to take decision and commitment to deliver product on time.
Has a good knowledge on Business Support System for Telco Services
Has a good knowledge in IT application and system design, database design and infrastructure design.
