  • Set up business process (Retail Channel Policy) in all retail channel platform
  • Retail channel support and System Capabilities
  • Monitor and assure internal capabilities in order to ensure consisten customer experience accross retail channel platform

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and People Development
  • Good Sales capability and strong at monitoring
  • 5 years experience in Retail and Customer Experience
