Job Description
- Prepares and drafts official documents like Purchase Agreement, Contract, Amendment to Contract and other contracts as may be required.
- Checks and ensures accuracy of produced contracts versus data submitted by client/to vendors and schedule of payment.
- Keeps accurate monitoring of the routing of contract drafts for checking by other departments and keeps complete files of approved drafts.
- Ensures contract documents (both paper version and eversion) are properly filed in proper folders.
- Ensure all required contracts data are corrected input into system and updated to the latest version for use by all related sub-department
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy, Finance, or similar
- With at least 2-year contract documentation and administration experience preferably in the logistics industry.
- With actual experience in safekeeping of data, file management, and data management
- With actual experience in account management (assisting the clients, provides quotation, pricing, etc.).
- Keen to details and organized in monitoring and encoding the data.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Google docs and MS Excel/Google sheet is highly desirable.
