Job Description
- Understand project specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Kep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX and UI Designer
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Creative and capable skills in designing web-based interfaces, from concept to completion
- A track record of producing effective and attractive digital solutions within a timeframe
- Proficient with design tools (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq. Sketch, Adobe CS etc)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Java Script is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Portfolio of UI & UX work samples for web and mobile application
- BS in Design, Computer Science or a related field
