Job Description
- Filling of HR documents (e.g resumes, 201 files cases & loans)
- Invite applicants after passing the Phone Interview
- Endorse applicants to the HR Team
- Checking of exams
- Assist the HR Team in conducting an Initial Interview for the possible applicants
- Assist the HR and Admin Team for day to day operation.
- Assist Company HR and Admin Programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently taking a Bachelor’s/ College on Psychology or Business Administrative Major in Human Resource Development or equivalent ;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong Business Acumen, focused and results-oriented;
- Strong presentation skills, a winning attitude and strong ethic;
- Excellent Teamwork Skills, Creative, pro-active, resource, self- motivated and independent;
- Must uphold CORE Values of IMVI (Teamwork, Integrity, Customer Focus, and Excellence
