Job Description
Hi Job seekers, this position is a contractual to replace maternity leave for 3 months.
- Manage incoming inquiries from customers and prospective customers through channels provided by Investree.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Mastering and demonstrating proficiency with operational credit software applications (Back Office and Cash Management System)
- Assist with existing software applications to meet the needs of several other departments.
- Receiving credit application documents from credit analysts that have been approved by authorized officials to be realized
- Ensuring that all credit documents comply with the provisions.
- Carrying out the pre-disbursement operational process including ensuring that credit agreement documents are signed and all credit disbursement covenants are met
- Comply with all internal and external regulations of Investree including OJK and Bank Indonesia, including receiving and examining new regulations,
- Participate in the review and recommendation of systems and operational procedures.
- Make reports related to Credit Admin (Tax, Data Disbursement)
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree (minimum Bachelor Degree/S1)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as front liner or officer loan operations
- Good analytical skill and communication.
- Excellent communication skill and high initiative.
