About Sales Manager:
Sales Manager is responsible for researching and developing sales channel opportunities to grow revenue; implementing sales plans; managing Sales & Marketing staff. This position requires strategic precision, ability to execute and result in orientation. We are looking for an A+ Sales Manager who has the ability to get things done on time. As Sales Manager you will:
- Propose and execute strategic plans to grow revenue
- Forecasting requirements; creating cost and ratio budget monthly and yearly; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Accomplish marketing and sales human resource objectives through the team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining team members; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business.
- Communicate and deliver requirements needed for executing sales plans to all internal departments
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Min 4 years of sales and marketing experience preferably with leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Sales field or Communication field is preferred.
- Proven record of marketing and sales achievement

- Comfortable with the English Language

- Be Gritty and willing to work hard and smart to get the job done
