About Talent Acquisition Manager
Delivering quality and engaging education in scale requires teaching and operational workforce that embrace a growth mindset every day. The Talent Acquisition Manager will help us develop strategies to attract the best talents and recruit the people that will help us deliver the best educational service both for our Colearn & IQ Education brands. You will be required to:
* Manage and develop the Company’s Employee Value Proposition to attract talents to the Company
* Plan and manage events that promote Employee Value Proposition to attract top talents
* Strategize and manage the execution of talent search through the recruitment channels available including job sites, referrals, external recruiters and social media
* Follow up with new-hire during their probation months to ensure proper employee induction and initiation.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource Management (in Recruitment preferred)
* Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills
* HR experience in the educational field is an asset
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both oral and written
