Snapshot of the Role
- Location: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia / Nationality: Any
- Start date: December 2018
- Contract: Six-month fit-period, full time position afterwards
- Reporting to: Center Manager
- Compensation: a competitive all-in salary
Full time teacher for tuition center with work hour start from 10.00 - 19.00 (Mon-Fri) and 08.00 - 17.00 (Saturday)

About IQ Education
IQ Education is a new after school tutoring concept that reimagines the way we teach children. We are a co- learning space where children between the ages of 6 and 12 get a chance to practice English and learn important subjects while having fun. Our IQ centers teach English and Math along with coding and life skills – unlocking potential and grooming future leaders.

Qualifications
Must have’s (if you don’t tick all the boxes please do not apply):
- Energy / Sense of Humor
- Enjoy being in the company of young children and coaching them
- Fluent English is a MUST
- TESOL Score minimum 26 out of 30 or TOEFL Score 525 out of 600
- Primary school teaching experience
- Grit / Willingness to work hard
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and work in the trenches
- Ability to cope with uncertainty / growth mindset
- Smart but humble
- Willing to relocate to any center
Nice to have’s:
- Experience teaching across multiple subjects and multiple curriculums
- Curriculum development experience
