Job Description
- To ensure accurate and timely updating of account receivables
- Post client collections and send out statements of accounts regularly
- Prepare credit memo and any adjustments
- Remind clients of any payment due dates and follow up on overdue billing
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the company policy and accounting practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree graduate of any business course
- At least 1-year experience handling Accounts Receivables
- Familiar with accounts receivable aspect of financial operations
- Good to Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
