Scrum Master  

Summary

You’ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce and deliver high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. This is a senior role at an organisation and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

What Will You Do?

• Deliver software engineering projects in organization.
• Track outstanding deliverables, milestones, milestones and change request management.
• Manage software release content with key stakeholders (i.e : QA, other Project Manager)
• Set up development milestones and entry or exit criteria
• Develop product development schedules.
• Follow project status and modify to mitigate risk and ensure success.
• Present regular project status upgrades to executive management.
• Classify teams, track schedules and resources for every project
• Handle multiple enterprise level software projects through entire lifecycle.
• Monitor and enhance software development, troubleshooting and QA processes.
• Communicate between client’s management groups and developer teams.

• Degree in Computer science
• Kind-hearted and honest person
• Experience in a scrum master role/ project management at least 2 years
• Familiarity with software development process and management
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication in English and servant leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
